First, download the Symbian SDK for the Symbian OS 8.0 and other tools.

There are three tools nessesary for preparing the environment.
you can simply download those tools with there links.

• SDK


• Active Perl


• J2RE

Second, you should sit there and read the help document carefully. In my opinion no other material is better than the originalSDK HELP.
